If you have questions about programming, technique or anything else gym-related, the best way is to send a message through the TurnKey Coach app to your coach. Try to input your workouts into the TurnKey Coach app in real-time – this will let your coach know that you are on schedule and ready for your workouts the following week.
For strength, rest 3–5 minutes between your work-sets. If you are doing sprints, you have to rest before you are ready to run as fast as you can for the next sprint. Lifting weights is the same – you must rest so that the strongest energy systems have time to recover before the next workset.
Leave a comment to let your coach know if you missed a workout, or completed a workout on a different day. Update the ones you did complete, and pick up where you left off if you’ve been away.
Your workout only shows worksets, not warmups. You will need to warmup before the prescribed worksets for every exercise. Start with the empty bar, and space out your weight jumps evenly across 3–4 sets until you get to your worksets for the day, tapering reps as you go. A good formula is 45%x5x5, 65%x5x3, 85%x2, 90–92%x1 (Percentages of Workset).

With this subscription you will receive weekly personalized programming, as well as unlimited form checks via video feedback and messaging through the TurnKey Coach app by next business day.
