This option is for adults who train jiu-jitsu and are comfortable following a strength program independently. Your plan accounts for your lifting experience, available equipment, time on the mats, and recovery. It is a way to organize your strength work alongside your sport, with some coaching input along the way.
You get a fully individualized 12-week strength program, with weekly messaging access to me for form checks, clarifying questions, and minor adjustments. You take the lead on following the plan and letting me know how it is going. Your lifting work is planned around your goals and the training you already do in jiu-jitsu.
If you need regular workout review, help learning the lifts, or more frequent programming changes, Strength Coaching Partnership is likely a better fit. Choose Strength and Nutrition Coaching Partnership if you also want ongoing nutrition support.
Your strength plan needs to account for the training you already do on the mats. We use your usual jiu-jitsu schedule, available lifting time, equipment, and recovery to decide what strength work fits. The goal is a manageable plan you can follow alongside your sport.
This works best when you can train independently and use occasional feedback to make small changes. If you need frequent technique review or substantial changes from week to week, ongoing coaching is likely a better fit. The amount of support should match what you actually need.
Not sure whether this is enough support? Book a Free Consult and we can look at your lifting experience, jiu-jitsu schedule, and how much coaching you need.
