Relationship First Strength Coaching | Spokane & Online

How it Works

Good coaching should not feel confusing. The first step is a free consult so we can look at your goals, schedule, equipment, and training history before you commit to anything. If it looks like a good fit, I will point you toward the coaching option that makes the most sense for your situation and walk you through what happens next.

1
Book Free Consult

Start with a short, no-pressure call. This gives us a chance to talk through your goals, your schedule, your equipment, and what kind of support would actually be useful.

2
Talk through the details

We will look at your training history, current goals, weekly schedule, available equipment, and any injuries, limitations, or sticking points that matter. The point here is not to force you into a plan. The point is to make a good decision.

3
Choose the right coaching option

If it looks like a good fit, you can choose the coaching option that matches the level of support you need. Whether you are starting online or in person, this is where coaching officially begins.

4
Get set up in TurnKey Coach

For online coaching, you will be added to TurnKey Coach after signup. Your programming, messages, and feedback stay in one place, with the level of support described in your chosen service.

5
Start training and get feedback

With full coaching, you follow an individualized plan and train on your own schedule. Log your workouts and send lift videos through the app. I review every lift, every workout, by the next business day, using your videos, training records, and feedback to guide technique and programming adjustments.

What Full Coaching Looks Like

Structure & Support

Once you are set up, the process becomes simple: follow the plan, log the work, send videos when needed, and get ongoing adjustments as training and life unfold.

This is not a random workout subscription and it is not a one-size-fits-all template. The program is built around your goals, schedule, equipment, recovery, and actual performance. As training progresses, I adjust what needs to change so you can keep moving forward without constantly second-guessing the plan.

The point is not just to hand you workouts. The point is to give you clear structure, useful feedback, and a system that keeps working even when life is not perfect.

FAQs

How do I stay in contact with my coach?

The best place to communicate is through the TurnKey Coach app. That keeps your programming, messages, workout history, and video feedback in one place, which makes the coaching process much cleaner and more useful.

Ideally, log workouts and send videos as close to real time as you can. That makes it easier for me to review what happened, give useful feedback, and keep the next round of programming aligned with how training is actually going.

That is not a problem. Life happens. Leave a note in the app so I know what changed, then pick up where it makes the most sense. Part of coaching is adjusting the plan when the week does not go exactly as expected.

Your program shows the work sets for the day, not every warmup set leading into them. In general, start light, make a few even jumps, and build up to the prescribed work without wasting energy. If you are unsure how to warm up for a lift, ask through the app and I can help you dial that in.

Coaching options and pricing are laid out on the services page. The main difference between options is the level of support. If you are not sure which one fits, that is exactly what the free consult is for.

Online coaching lets you follow your plan without booking an appointment for each workout. You train independently and send lift videos through the app. With full coaching, I review your training and adjust the plan as needed. If you want a coach in the room for technique work, Private 1:1 Technique Session is available in Spokane.

Yes, often it is. Beginners usually do best when the plan is clear, the technique is coached, and the progression is not left to guesswork. You do not need to already know exactly what you are doing to benefit from coaching.
